A tour of the Terrace Studio at The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas, from September 2019. I found the Chelsea tower to be quieter than the boulevard tower, with a bit less noise from the strip. The Suite has two large bathrooms, with a bubbler tub in the master bath. Enjoy an unparalleled view from an oversized private terrace.
